Exhibit A: Compensation Model

This Exhibit A is attached to and forms an integral part of the WexDemy Instructor Agreement

1. Compensation Structure:

1.1 Base Compensation:

• The instructor fix the base price for a course. This is subject to approval from WexDemy. The base compensation for the Instructor shall be 40% of net amount generated per course.

1.2 Additional Compensation:

• Additional compensation may be provided for [Specify additional services or criteria that trigger additional compensation].

1.3 Revenue Sharing:

• The parties agree to a revenue-sharing model for courses, programs, or services, as follows:

40% of the net amount of revenue generated on every course.

2. Payment Schedule:

2.1 Frequency:

• Payments will be made on a monthly basis.

2.2 Payment Method:

• Payments will be made through any of the accepted payment methods on the platform,(e.g., bank transfer, PayPal).
